Ross Honey

President & CEO

Ross leads the company’s strategy for innovation and market expansion. His extensive background in digital media and entertainment includes 10 years at Microsoft where he served in a variety of roles, primarily in the Xbox business, including General Manager of Entertainment & Advertising. Ross was named to the AdWeek 50 in 2012 and 2013, and profiled in “5 Patterns of Extraordinary Careers” (Crown Business, 2003) by James Citrin and Rick Smith.

Ross holds a B.A cum laude, from Duke University in History and Economics and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business.


Anthony Plesner

Chief Financial Officer

Tony leads the company’s Finance and Accounting teams and brings more than 30 years of experience leading finance at innovative software and technology companies. Most recently Tony was CFO at AGT for 5 years, a global IOT analytics organization and prior to that he was CFO at Intralinks, a leading virtual dataroom provider that he took public in 2010. Tony has also held CFO positions at a series of venture-backed organizations of varying sizes. Tony became a chartered accountant in the UK with Arthur Andersen after which he joined Reuters where, over 12 years, he held finance and management positions in Europe, North America and Asia.

Tony holds a B.A. from Manchester University in Economics and an MBA from the Katz Graduate School of Business.

Quentin Gallet

Chief Technology Officer

Quentin drives the company's technology vision, from platform infrastructure to product development. He previously served as Senior Vice President of Technology and General Manager of TouchTunes Montreal. Prior to joining Octave Group Quentin held senior positions at several technology companies including over 11 years at Ubisoft where he led the Technology Group and also served as Executive Producer.

Quentin holds a Bachelor of Engineering in EEE and Computer Science from the Université de Bordeaux and a Master of Engineering in EEE and Computer Science from École Supérieure d'Électricité.


Luke Ferro

Executive Vice President, North America Sales

Luke is responsible for driving continuous revenue growth and enabling customer success. Prior to joining Octave, Luke spent over 6 years at Amazon where he held senior sales and business development positions. Luke has also held senior sales and product roles at Assurant Solutions, TESSCO Technologies, and Dentsply Sirona among others.

Luke holds a BS from St. Joseph's University and an MBA from Eastern University.

Marc Felsen

Chief Marketing Officer

Marc Felsen is responsible for driving growth, awareness and engagement through integrated marketing initiatives across B2B and consumer channels, and previously served as SVP of Marketing for TouchTunes. Prior to joining TouchTunes, Marc held senior marketing and product positions at both early stage and established technology companies including NICE Actimize, DoubleClick, Juno Online, and Dialogic Intel.

Marc holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland and received his MBA from the Wharton School of Business.



SVP & General Counsel

Pam Schoenfeld oversees all global legal functions and music licensing for Octave Group and previously served as VP and General Counsel for TouchTunes. Prior to joining TouchTunes, Ms. Schoenfeld served as VP and Deputy General Counsel at DoubleClick Inc., and continued to serve after its acquisition by Google Inc. Her extensive legal experience also includes service with the law firms Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP and Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, as well as at the Office of the Mayor of the City of New York.

Pam is a graduate of Boston University and Fordham University School of Law.


Vice President, Human Resources

Elicia is responsible for directing all global HR functions and driving organizational excellence and employee satisfaction, and previously served as VP of Human Resources for TouchTunes. Prior to joining TouchTunes Elicia held senior HR positions in the music industry including Director of Human Resources at the Harry Fox Agency and Vice President of Human Resources at both Sony/ATV and EMI Music Publishing.

Elicia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the City University of New York Herbert H. Lehman College and an MBA from the Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School.
